VICTORY HOME SERVICES — TERMS OF SERVICE (Summary) Last updated: October 2026 1. THE PLATFORM Victory Home Services ("Victory," "we," "us") operates an online marketplace connecting homeowners with independent home service professionals ("Vendors"). Victory facilitates connections, bookings, and payments but does not directly perform home services. Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of Victory. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account per person; business accounts must be authorized by the business. 3. MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS When you book a service, you enter an agreement with the Vendor, not Victory. Victory processes payments through Stripe and takes a platform fee disclosed at checkout. Cancellation and refund terms are shown before you confirm a booking. Disputes between customers and vendors are handled through Victory's dispute process. 4. CONTENT YOU POST You keep ownership of videos, photos, and reviews you post. By posting, you grant Victory a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing. Don't post content you don't have rights to, or content that is illegal, abusive, or misleading. We may remove content that violates these terms. 5. MESSAGING & NOTIFICATIONS By providing your phone number, you consent to transactional texts (booking confirmations, reminders, security alerts). Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts — a STOP request is permanent unless you re-subscribe. In-app, email, and push notifications are on by default; turn off any category in Settings > Privacy & Notifications. 6. ACCEPTABLE USE No fake reviews, no spam, no scraping, no impersonation, no attempting to circumvent payments. Vendors must maintain required licenses and insurance. Background checks may be required for certain roles. 7. PRIVACY Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (account info, onboarding answers, usage, device data) and how we use it. By using Victory, you agree to the Privacy Policy. 8. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for serious violations. You may delete your account at any time from settings. 9. LIABILITY The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victory's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for the acts of independent vendors. 10. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes go through binding arbitration in Waco, Texas, except small-claims matters. You waive class-action rights. 11. CHANGES We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them. This is a summary.
